Full Tilt Boogie LLC was formed in 2002.  The name seemed appropriate since Chad and Cecilia Rinn, the founders had been in a near creative frenzy since they began production on their first feature film "Half Ass Jig" in 2000.  Just as "Half Ass Jig" is the polar opposite of "Full Tilt Boogie", Chad and Cecilia recognize to yin-yang relationship between hard work and leisure time that is so essential to the creative process.

FTB's mission statement is to encourage the creation of art that helps the artist grow as well as having  a positive transformative effect on human consensus reality.
